Event Reservations

The Admiral on Clear Lake accepts reservations on a first-come, first-served basis. A 50% non-refundable booking fee and signed contract are required to guarantee a reservation. All balances, and a $550 security and damage deposit must be paid no later than 60 days before confirmed event date. Any overdue balances will result in event cancellation. Event reinstatement will be made based on prevailing rental rates and will be assessed a fee of 10% of room rental total.

 

Venue Rental

Facility rental fees apply to the times designated in the rental agreement. Additional function hours will be billed at $500 per hour. All weekend events must end by 2:00 a.m. Monday- Thursday events must end by 1AM. (This includes cleanup & load out).

Fees include use of all facility areas, parking and equipment listed in inventory.

 

Catering / Beverage Service

The Admiral on Clear Lake welcomes licensed and insured caterers and beverage services. Approval of your caterer and/or beverage service is required within thirty (30) days of your event.

Security

The Admiral on Clear Lake will provide one (1) police officer for events of up to 250 people at the rate $30/hour.  This fee will be deducted from the security and damage deposit. For parties over 250, an additional security officer will be required.

 

Parking

The Admiral on Clear Lake has 400 parking spaces in the front and at the side of the main building.
